I'm currently working on a project where I need to perform a causal mediation analysis using the NHANES dataset. Here are the specifics of what I'm working with:

• Exposure: Categorical (9 groups)
• Mediator: Continuous
• Outcome: Mortality

For the mediator model, I'm using linear regression, and for the outcome model, I'm using Cox proportional hazards regression.

I'm using R for the analysis and I'm looking for suggestions on R packages that can effectively account for survey design while performing mediation analysis.

Any recommendations or insights you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
