It is well established that Framingham Risk Score is a well accepted score to estimate the coronary risk in general population. However, in people living with HIV this score do not can the applied once this population has "non-traditional" complication as the viral replication and the HAART drug.

My question is: Is there any score to estimate the cardiovascular risk in people with HIV?
