Carbonaceous chondrites alteration

What is the evidence that the carbonaceous chondrites (CC) were aqueous altered in 10 Ma before today? Do all CC parent bodies went thorough aqueous alteration? Do thermal activity occurred simultaneously of that 'early' aqueous alteration (at 4.5 Ga)?
