carbohydrates have the glycemic index be changed into the glycemic load. Is the same also existing for vitamins and mineral?

Most times it is a 100 gram, but should the same not apply to vitamins and minerals? 100 gram is not always ingested, or it can be to much Kcal, or have negative side effect (for instance high vit A, but also high saturated fat)
