I've read the information but i have two questions: ¿how can i do to participate in the fellowships? ¿must i to fill the online application and then wait for the answer? and the second is: ¿For who is the workshop directed, for PhD students, Msc, or even recent graduated students?

Fellowships will be awarded to PhD and postdoctoral fellows within five years of obtaining PhD. Yes, you have to fill the online application form and wait for an answer. The workshop commettee will select fellowship recipients based on the number of requests and the quality of the abstract. Let me know if you have any other question.
