I am looking for examples and best practices of bicycle parkings / depots / stations / shelters that are conceived as urban places themselves, i.e. offering more services than just parking, being integrated in the urban landscape, etc..

Union station is a very interesting case. Not exactly cheap as far as I now, but very interesting indeed.
