I'm looking teaching resources (eg. books, slides, websites, etc) on how a multimedia project can be managed. The pretended course is for undergraduate students who already know how to create a multimedia product. Any help will be apreciated.
Dear Mr. Novoa, as per PMI institut, (not considering here other institutes, those also state the same), all kind of projects are managed using a methodology, and it does not depend on the kind of project. The difference is on how to the apply the methodology. If you intend to use the PMI methodology I suggest you to start analysing from the 47 processes which ones shall be used in your field of projects. I mean, to choose the processes those will help you to generate the product of your project. The basic book is PMBOK from PMI, that is the body of knowledge. You can use the books from Mr. Harold Kerzner and to adapt it in slides and to organize activities, that involves the students, for ex.: to elaborate the risk management planiing for a study case, passing thru the processes described in the PMBOK and evaluating the identifeid risks.
Tay Vaughan, "multimedia: making it work", sixth edition, Tata McGrawHill edition, 2004. It comes with a CD-ROM which may be useful for you. International editions should also be available in your area.
Interactive Stories of Sustainable Development, available at https://www.researchgate.net/publication/267236395_Interactive_Stories_of_Sustainable_Development, is an easy-to-read one-pager that particularizes a real-life approach to the conceptualization and production of a multimedia project. The website the work led to and the 450+ videos it hosts, titled ADB Sustainable Development Timeline, can be accessed at http://reflections.adb.org/. (Within the site, a few videos describe the process in more detail: they are titled The ADB Sustainable Development Timeline: An Overview and The ADB Sustainable Development Timeline: The Birth of a Living Archive, that second being an interview of the Producer/Director.) Beyond the conceptualization and production processes described, the subject matter should also be of great interest to university students, dealing at it does with the work of a multilateral development bank in Asia and the Pacific since 1966.

Dear Mr. Novoa, you could adopt some management tool such as MS Project, for example. The creation process can become chaotic. This chaos can impact the project in many ways: reduced efficiency, misallocated resources, duplication ... The control and execution of activities can be simulated in software, providing reports to monitor the project through the network diagram, path critical, Gantt chart and several others
