Can you store tumor tissue in -80C freezer and sort your samples and use them for molecular biology analysis later on?

If yes then how long can you keep such tissues in -80C without the getting degraded?

Yes -80C can be used for tissue sample storage but RNA degradation may be a problem for longer time storage. So RNAlater should be used to store your samples.
