Hello,

I have been looking for references regarding this matter. I am trying to spin coat a polymer onto a PDMS substrate. The best solvent I can use is chloroform. However, it strongly swells PDMS. Would I still be able to obtain a uniform film, or would I need to try a different solvent? I have experimented in the past with spin coating on a porous substrate that swells and didnt have a problem. However, I wish to keep the integrity of PDMS intact in this case. Any help is appreciated.
