I was wondering if it is reasonable to use half the amount of beads & sample when running a novex luminex kit? I'd sure like to get 2x the use out of this expensive kit. If so, what settings would you change on the instrument?

Well it depends on kit and your pipetting accuracy. If you are able to get the same std curve with full volume and cut in half volume then you can go for that. I think, you don’t need to change any setting in instrument. Just make sure that yours needle height in instrument is good to take less volume.
