i don't really understand your question. But I can try to decipher and hope they will be of some help.
1.For translation ,scientific documents or discursive essays are easier to translate. Literary documents are difficult.
For devices ,I think Google translation is good though there are fewer devices claim that they are better or best.Yes. certain devices can translate certain words correctly to but not always. I have found ang device which can replace an established dictionary AI must be as good as an established dictionary before they can make break through. Google is good so far it can translate Chinese and English quite well as these two
languages are totally different .i believe that it can handle other languages well which share some linguistic affinities. I have to warn you that a mistranslated version could be harmful. You always need an expert to check manually.
The best translator is https://www.deepl.com/translator, it is much better than Google Translate. It provides also translations from/into Turkish. DeepL is based on artificial intelligence (AI) and is learning from the actions of users. Click on the first words of sentences or phrases or on a single word and it will propose alternative translations.
Though your question is vague, I propose translating some literary texts from previously translated works and comparing your version to the original translation.
As Abdulwadood Ahmed Annuzaili mentioned above, the question is vague. To provide an adequate answer, one must understand the relevant question. In this sense, there is no panacea for the questions raised here. It really depends on one's interests. One should be specific and define the area in which one (he/she) is interested in ; I think people in this forum are more than happy to share their knowledge.
I think apart from google translation , I CNKI academic translations sometimes are better as far as English to Chinese and vice versa are concerned . It may not be always better but at least occasionally it is better. I have seen its analytical process to reach a conclusion. Translation really needs research , and CNKI does.

Useful resources are corpora. A corpus is a collection of texts in electronic format. A corpus shows "real" language in use and word usages in context. If you translate sectoral (specialized) texts, a corpus is very helpful. There are several platforms containing many corpora. As long as Chinese language is concerned , for an average user a good dictionary can solve some problems quite satisfactorily . The are books written on some rare meanings of certain words especially words in classical language , though there are not many in number and are difficult to come by, but they are really helpful indeed. Of course , the context of the problematic words is important .
