Can anyone share the CLSI M26-A document?

I'm a newbie to time-kill test, and tbh I've read every article about synergy between two or more drugs together but I'm still unable to grasp the nature and the standard protocol of a time-kill test. Most of the articles point to CLSI M26-A document a standard reference for the assay but I can't find a place where a version pdf or word file that I can download, even on the website of CLSI.

I would very appreciate anyone that can share with me a file of M26-A because it's quite an urgent matter. Thank you in advance.
