I'm trying to get rid of R-loops in my cell line by overexpressing recombinant RNase H, but have no luck so far.
Did you find one?
Hi Natalie,
I have found a good vector and have managed to overepress RNaseH1 in my cell line. I am going to do a DIP to see if it gets rid of R-loops. So watch this space!
Diu,
I am just starting my R-loops project. I am trying to find a vector to overexpress RNase H, and also ways to monitor R-loops formation.
Where did you get the vector? Could you please send me some?
Do you use S9.6 antibody? It seems like there might be problems with it:

I got the vector from Natalia Gromak at the Dunn school of pathology. You can ask her for some.
Yes, I do use S9.6 antibody and have no problem with it.
Thank you. Look forward to read your paper.
I've integrated a construct into the FRT site in this cell line but now would like to know where exactly my integration is in the genome. Unfortunately, according to the company (Invitrogen), this...
