We are planning to conduct a survey about employer attitudes about refugees (Syrians in Hatay, Turkey) and its consequences for labor market integration. We want to find out the factors that makes the employers hire refugees with legal work permissions and register them to social security agency. This will be my masters student's thesis. I would appreciate if you could recommend a starter book or paper which will lead us to core literature. Actually I think it would be very interesting to conduct a comparative study, too. So, we are also open for collaboration on this issue.
