I agree with Rebecca - DSHB have some great antibodies. We use the LAMP-1 H4A3 clone. It's an excellent lysosomal marker and I've had great staining in HeLa, HEK, SHSY5Y cell lines and human fibroblasts. I also fix with PFA so that shouldn't be a problem. 

Rebecca and Bethan are totally right, DSHB have really good quality antibodies and cheap on top.  I used either Lamp 1 (H4A3 clone) or Lamp 2 routinely.  The signals are usually very strong so be prepared for dilution. We have done a lot of human fibroblast staining and use PFA often. Good luck!

Any suggestions for a Lysosomal antibody that was not raised in mouse?

We get the supernatant form (dilute 1/10). Not sure about non-mouse antibodies...

I can also confirm the quality of the DSHB LAMP1 antibody - it gives great stainings. If you want something that is not mouse to do co-staining with another mouse antibody, an alternative is to use other flourescent markers of lysosomes like lysotracker, dextran or the "magic red" cathepsin B substrate. I've used all three for co-staining with good results, but in my hands the magic red survives co-staining with the strongest signal.

The pattern in Acetone/MetOH fixation looks even better.
