Is there anyway of extracting the points of a PCA plot and re-drawing the plot in excel? I use prcomp() to compute the PCA and use autoplot() to plot it, easy peasy. I've tried pca$scores to try and re-plot it but the values are different to what autoplot() plots. If anyone can give me a way of extract the actual points autoplot() plots or some method of taking the PCA scores and calculating the points that would be great!

If you could provide a reproducible example, it would be much easier to tackle this.
