Dear Colleagues!

I am looking for a stabil reference gene under combined UV and SA treatments in maize. Elongation factor 1, beta-tubulin and cyclophilin proved to be unstable so far.

I have worked so far mainly with wheat and in this species I did not have good experiences with actin maybe maize is different (however, I am going to order some actin primers now). Looking forward for your kind suggestions!
