If your three variables can be converted into continuous variables taking into account that it is favorable that the 3 variables have equal or similar amount to 5 options, then you can perform the analysis of moderation between the IV and ID there are several programs such as PROCESS, AMOS, JAMOVI, R to perform this type of analysis

. If you wish to study the moderation (interaction) of an IV, say X with a variable M add the term to the RHS of an appropriate regression model. If your DV is Likert use ordinal logistic regression as discussed above.
