We have acquired transmission Laue images from a Lysozyme crystal using a rotating anode at 5kW power. Point focus beam size about 200um or less. We have implemented some time tested image processing techniques to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and hence improved the contrast in our images dramatically.
We need help comparing our images to other existing 2D XRD images from this or other similar crystals to estimate the relative sensitivity of our method. Please feel free to make any suggestions to help us interpret these images when you can.
The images should be self-explanatory. If not I shall embellish them through your requests & suggestions as annotations.

Biological Crystallography is not my area of expertise,however,I had known Dr. Chernov , a well known expert in this area. Perhaps the following reference where his work which also, includes XRD studies on Lysozyme, including imaging might help.
