I am conducting self completion questionnaires mainly open ended questions, so the majority of my questions are qualitative and some quantitative. I am using a thematic analysis framework by finding themes through the qualitative questions and some content analysis by evaluating my qualitative data into quantitative data.

I would hope that you have a supervisor who can help with this as well as access to books that provide sufficient information on research design. From your question you will need to review the fit of the mixed methods approaches that you plan to use- read around the options available and look for a process that best suits the research aims/ questions that you are working on.
