I'm working on a project where I'm isolating a specific species of bacteria from water samples and one area of the project is where I'm doing CFU counts using serial dilutions done with the water samples.  At each site I'm collecting 3 samples for the analysis, so 3 different dilutions for each site.  On one of my sites, the 10-1 plates all had growth, but only one had enough colonies for counts (the recommended 30-300).  How do I do analysis on this set of samples? Do I still count the number of colonies on the two other 10-1 plates and just take the average of all 3?  Or do I just need to label these samples as Too Few To Count?
