I found this relationship between excess air and O2, CO2 at the exit of the boiler : Excess air = (79*O2)/(21*(1-CO2)-O2)  Where O2 and CO2.

This one could be helpful but there are some doubt and uncertainty when I apply it to the operational value that I have.

Do you have any idea about how to measure Air excess from air flow (primary and secondary) and from H2O, O2, CO2 measurements in flue gas going out of the furnace.

I will be very grateful for your help. Thank you in advance.
