I think the first thing you should do is define what electrification you mean. Is it static electrification, sometimes called frictional electrification? For example, if you ever watch the ground-crew fuel an airplane, you will observe them, first, connecting a ground wire to the metal frame of the aircraft. This will prevent any static charge from building up due to the flow fuel through pipes and hoses connecting the fuel tanker to the aircraft's fueling port. In order to measure the charge build-up, you need to employ a voltmeter that has a very high input resistance, such an instrument is called an electrometer, see the attached handbook, which I obtained from the following URL: https://download.tek.com/document/LowLevelHandbook_7Ed.pdf. If you were to use a standard moving-coil voltmeter, with its low internal resistance, it would drain off the excess charge so you would not be able accurately measure the maximum static voltage difference. Once you know the maximum voltage difference, by calculating the capacitance of your system, you can get the charge.

Or you might be talking about electrokinetic phenomena such as electroosmosis, streaming potential, electrophoresis, or the Dorn effect, see [1] for a brief discussion of these phenomena.

I had a significant progress. Now I am doing some practical stuff and get stuck sometimes.

Yes I meant "frictional electrification".

Now I am trying to measure the generated electrification.

I don't have electrometer and not sure if university can provide one. Thats why I am trying to make a "handmade electrometer", but, at the moment, I have no progress.

I found several articles on how they are constructed, but they are vague and don't have the values for the elements that can be used.

So far I know that I need some kind of amplifier for the signal (saw no model), hight input resistor (saw no values), voltmeter and, probably capacitors (some articles have them, others don't).

I feel like ether I am bad at finding usefull information, or I am dumb and don't see the simplest facts.

It operates as an electric charge sniffer by detecting slightly charged objects when they are brought to the front of its sensing electrode. The sniffer has the advantage of combining high directional sensitivity with a logarithmic bar display. It allows for the identification of electric charge polarity during charge separation by friction, peeling, electrostatic induction, batteries, or secondary coils of power transformers. Other experiments in electrostatics, such as observing the electric field of an oscillating dipole and the distance dependence of the electric field generated by simple charge configurations, are also described.
