I am a member of a group of people with Parkinson's disease doing research as to study the hydrolysis of glucosinolates by myrosinase enzymes to make sulforaphane and other isothiocyanates from broccoli seeds to test the capacity of sulforaphane to slow the progression of Parkinson's disease. We can follow the reaction indirectly by titration of the sulphuric acid produced and by electrical conductivity to study the kinetics. I have done the initial research using manual titration, but we need to purchase an automatic titration system to get more accurate data and speed up the research. I need help to choose the right instrument, but want to keep options open to use other end-points such as colorimetry or potentiometry that might be useful in the future.. Our budget is limited, we have no external funding and all costs will be paid for by people with Parkinson's disease. More info here: https://patientresearcher.com/ Dr Albert Wright, Grenoble, France
