Can you get same values of markers of T cell activation for same samples by using BD FACS Canto II and Cytoflex by Beckman Coulter?

Two different cytometers will give same or nearly similar results for activation markers on lymphocytes?

Hello Tosi,

In terms of cell count, the two different cytometers will give you roughly the same number. Howerver, since the two cytometers are not calibrated the same and the lasers didn't have the same usage, the signal intensity won't be comparable.
