Hi Elena,

I have used Diagenodes LowCell ChIP kit in combination with Nugen Ovation ultralow library preparation kit to do ChIP-seq with different histone modifications. I has worked beautifully starting with about 20 000 sorted cells. The protocol takes 3 days for me but you could easily cut it down to one day when you do not do IP overnight and use the supplemented DNA isolation buffer (DIB) to obtain DNA. DIB extracted DNA can be only used for qPCR though as it denatures DNA. For ChIP-seq library preparation most kits require double stranded DNA, so you would have to go more traditional route - decrosslink and extract DNA which takes longer.
