Good day, recently I saw some journal that calculated the SASA value (y-axis) against the number of residue (x-axis) in the simulation analysis by using YASARA. So far, I only know how to get SASA value of the whole protein per time. The reason why I am checking this is because I would like to understand if the SASA of each residues has something to do with their lipase activity as I was also comparing them with biochemical experiments . Does anyone has any experience regarding this? Thanks in advance.
