I am trying MD simulation for some of my compounds using NAMD. But not getting satisfactory result. I think I should use Yasara. But I can't afford It's licence. Can I download it for free?
Except YASARA View, all other products of YASARA are licensed and you need to pay the license fee.
You may try Gromacs. It is good.

What do you want to mean by "not getting satisfactory results", what if you use Yasara and again in the same situation "not getting satisfactory results".
You should revise the protocol so that you get satisfactory results.
Bhanu Prakash Sandaka would you like to suggest any free server for Gromacs? Previously I used Webgro but nowadays it isn't working.
Rather than trying webservers, I would install Gromacs locally, with good graphics card and run the simulations. But it is a personal opinion.
Isn't it harmful to my laptop, though I have a Core i5, eight gb ram, and 4 GB graphics card?
