Currently, I am going to fabricate an LED on a biodegradable substrate, which requires a low-temperature solution method. While, the conventional layer of LED that produces good performance usually requires high-temperature processing. In some literature reviews, I found a method for creating a hole transport layer (p-HTL) that uses a process below 50°C. However, many studies have shown excellent performance in solar cells but didnt state the performance in LED. Can I use it in LEDs to replace the HTL? what should i consider to applied certain layer of solar cell to LED?
