In liver hepatoprotective studies, we use many animals and we incur high financial costs. Can we use ovo in the experiments of evaluating the efficacy of plant extracts in protecting the liver by injecting the extract into fertilized eggs and observing their effect on the fetus?
We should always try to search out alternatives of contemporary systems/methods. But such searching should be logical, otherwise it means nothing. We may search some better models (both in vitro and in vivo) for the research works related with such evaluation of physiological effects of such product/s. In many studies, embryonated hen egg is used for detection of effects (Cytopathic effect study in early Virological studies), production of biological materials (High Egg Passaged and Low Egg passaged Vaccine for Rabies - now not used) etc. So, please analyze to your idea through logical filter.

Technical it is not possible sir, at the embryonic stage all the organs are not well differentiated.
