I was using metal boats like Tungsten/Tantalum/Molybdenum for evaporating gold or any organic/inorganic materials . I checked online Ceramic evaporation boats are also available in market. any one have experience using these boats for evaporating organic material or inorganic materials? up-to how much maximum melting temp we can evaporate with ceramic boats? Like TiO2 have very high melting temp.

Yes, you can. Ceramics generally have much higher melting points and chemical stability than organic compounds.
