So, Basically I was already done some work with some plants and bacteria for popular non-commercial docking program that docks a ligand to its target protein and show a binding energy, like that can we go for any cancer proteins to the Plant ligands by this autodock ? Well, your question is not very clear. But yes, in theory, any protein can be targeted by small molecule ligands. The effect that this targeting will have in vivo, depends on many factors including the function of the said protein. Its very simple to do using autodock as long as you have the proteins structure (or a high quality model).
