As known that self assembly peptides are being form in fibres, hydrogels as a template and also scaffold architecturel via single-handed. But there should be different properities of RGD and BMP peptides from this self assembly class. I mean what is your opinion about roles of RGD , BMP peptides in biomineralization when we compare with self assembly peptides?
I got it thank you very much because It becomed a little confused between self assembly peptides classs and other peptide sequences couldn't distinguish them a while, it was a very helpful explanation!

BMP-2 and RGD /RGDS peptides are not coming from self-assembled peptide class.
Intermolecular hydrogen bonding interaction between possible site will posses aggregation that's means self-assembling.
Here BMP-2 and RGD peptide have some receptor interaction, not like self-assembling class.
