Many have maintained that belief is not necessary for knowledge. Here's an example: https://www.jstor.org/stable/3327369
(I hold a variant of this view, inasmuch as I believe that one might know that P without knowing or believing that one knows that P.)
Others have maintained that justifcation is not necessary: https://academic.oup.com/book/8079/chapter-abstract/153495629?redirectedFrom=fulltext
Also see some relevant publications by my long-ago student David Martens in this regard. (I claim no influence; he developed those views long after he was my student.): https://philpeople.org/profiles/david-b-martens
Finally, there are those who maintain knowledge is more basic than belief or justification: https://www.oxfordbibliographies.com/display/document/obo-9780195396577/obo-9780195396577-0380.xml
