I've searched it before and it says that taqMan probe couldnt be used for melt curve analysis. However, what about TaqMan probe with MGB? I found in some article that MGB probe could be used for melt curve analysis since it didnt degrade the probe, but I'm not sure is it the same kind of melt curve? Also, I didnt find anything in the system for melt curve analysis (I use StepOne). Thanks for reading this!
