I am making a model for soil-pile interaction in LS-DYNA.
Considering pile as beam and I am modeling soil as discrete zero-length spring elements(p-y springs). I am applying the lateral load at the head of the pile.
As soil springs consists of two nodes. One node facing the pile nodes and other one away the pile.( I am attaching the picture of the model which I intend to model in LS-DYNA).
So my question is it possible to create a contact between pile node and soil nodes which are facing the pile so that they can move in same direction i.e laterally as lateral load in applied at the head of the pile??
Or
Can this be solved by giving same DOF to pile node and the spring node that is facing the pile.???

1) Yes you can create soil and pile contact but that will require you to model contact.But remember all contact models work with node to node interaction (or better say nodal line joined by two nodes of master surface). Depending upon the implementation, one package might use weighted constraint others use something else. However, it all boils down to node to node in a way.
2) What the image you shared is what being followed in industry; i.e., using spring dashpot system to represent soil interaction. Contact does the same (read about penalty method). If your interest is overall response then you should use soil spring model. If not and you're interested in pile response in details, then you should go for submodeling using proper pile soil interaction.

Some FEM programs have in their library a zero length element, with special stiffness and DOF.

Give Automatic general contact and ON COntrol SPH card.
Yes. You can model node to node contact in FEM simulations using different Non-linear FE packages. You can give same DOF to pile node and soil node.
It's possible even in Abaqus...contact elements...which is node to node contact :)
