I dont mean bacterial cellulose(the cellulose which produce by bacteria like G.xylinus ) or the cellulose fibril that present in paper mill activated sludge, i mean a protocol for extracting the cellulose that bacteria in the activated sludge have produce them intracellular
Good day! I am not really in theme, but can you dissolve of wash the other cell components to left cell wall only, and then extract remaining polysaccharides to left cellulose only?
Agree with @Vadym Chibrikov. However, the physical and chemical features of the extracted cellulose will not be similar to that of cellulose produced by bacterial strains.
In addition to long processing, either the process will be environment friendly, like that is used by bacterial cellulose production/?
