It is easy to run an optimization algorithm in a MATLAB environment. Is it possible to run an optimization program in PSPICE (Orcad PSPICE 9.2) environment also?
I also want to know , Is it possible to interface between ,MATLAB and PSPICE environment? Is so, how?
The simple answer is: NO. You can, however, run some tasks that could be part of the (semi automatic) optimization process. You can do sensitivity analysis and run parameter sweep.

The latest version (16.6) of OrCAD PSPICE from Cadence has a Random Engine which may be used to perform a very crude 'optimization'. I do not think, however, that it would be possible to directly merge PSPICE and Matlab. If in your optimization process you allow to change only the circuit components that have no effect on the DC bias, it is possible to use PSPICE to obtain the small-signal ac model of the circuit, generate a symbolic or semi-symbolic formula for the required parameter (e.g. voltage gain) and use this formula inside a Matlab optimization process.
