Yes, most of drugs can be determined by HPLC . If one has never done this before, just got to pharmacopeia and read the standard methods for all types of drugs. depending on the detector of HPLC, you can go to ng/g (UV) or pg/g (MS).

What detector do you have? Are you eluting standard individual solutions? Did you prepare a calibration curve?

a) Use SPE to concentrate the samples
b) increase the loop volume
