Some animals like whales, dolphins, bats, and ants can produce ultra or infra sounds. Can we use these waves to cure diseases like cancer?

No. Not possible as of now.
Cancer is ultimately the irregular cell multiplication and all research in cancer is to bring out the best technique to arrest the irregular cell division.
There are a lot of hoax revolving around claiming to cure cancer (I personally happened to hear a claim to cure cancer by lying on a bed which emits infrared waves). The waves produced by above mentioned animals are for locating the obstructions on their path and for communication (like we have the sonar and radar in ships, helicopter etc.).
Scientists are well studying all the possibilities to bring out the best medicines for cancer.
Dolphin biosonar might have acoustic properties analogous to diagnostic/ therapeutic ultrasound. Brensing et al. (2003) J. Theoretical Biology 225: 99-105 calculated that "ultrasound emitted by dolphins could have an effect on biological tissue under some circumstances; such as sufficient intensity, repeated application over several days or weeks and a certain application duration per session". And one funny case: captive dolphins were reported to give acoustic massage (by click trains) to their offsprings, obviousely to catalyize flatulence. However this remains unpublished and anecdotal.
