I am interested to ball mill Galinstan with few metal powders. For this, I would like to know whether it is safe to use Tungsten Carbide balls in a jar that has coating of Tungsten carbide on the grinding surface.
Gallium reacts with most metals, but it is said in [1], that "Incomplete data indicate that tantalum, zirconium, and tungsten resist attack by gallium at several hundred degrees for an appreciable time.".
So could you please help, in case you know some information for the above concern ?
Thank you.
