Best way to electropolish a Cemented Carbide after mechanical polishing?

I am trying to polish Cemented carbide sample for EBSD analysis. I have done the mechanical grinding and polishing up to 1/4um Dimond paste. At this level still I can see mechanical distortion. So, would like to do electropolishing to get rid of mechanical distortion. Please suggest a methodology to do electropolishing. Cheers!
