Can Thermo Fisher Flash Smart elemental analyzer be the right make and model for conducting ultimate analysis of bio-oil to determine Oxygen content?

Bio-oil produced from fast pyrolysis/pyrolysis contains oxygen and that is a key metric for the process downstream. Can the Thermo Fischer Flash Smart be used for determining the oxygen content in the bio-oil? If not, can you suggest which would be the best way forward? Any help is appreciated.
