One of youth unemployment reasons is considered the negative attitude of Y-generation towards stable and monotonous places of work. They are good everywhere with exception and outside their direct permanent work place. It is not a question of Y-generation managing IT or related specialities (and some others), as they are very good in that, but is Y-generation able to provide products and services in the more traditional segments of economics? If crisis comes, can Y-generation strive for survival by unpleasant, dirty, not so interesting and monotonous works?
