1- In ABAQUS manual, it is mentioned that each node has 3 displacement (1-3) and three rotations (4-6). Is there any way to increase the mechanical DOFs to be a function of a variable. For example, DOFs/node in my UEL =2+12*t where t is integer.

2-Also, these DOFs are not explicit displacements and rotations as known in structural elements.

For example, in the attached image, the DOFs Ui(m), Uj(m), ..... will be different for each shape function Gu (m) in the circumferential direction. Could I do something like that in UEL ?
