Quantum mechanics itself was developed to explains the behavior of matter and energy at atomic or high energy state, which logic of classical physics could not explain. Nonetheless I think it is possible other way around where logic of quantum mechanics is used to explain classical physics.
Quantum mechanics doesn’t have anything to do with ``high energy" and everything to do with a source of fluctuations, whose intensity is defined by Planck’s constant, which has the dimensions of an action, not an energy. When the typical action is large compared to Planck’s constant, the fluctuations are negligible and the classical description is a good approximation; when the typical action becomes comparable to Planck’s constant, quantum fluctuations can’t be neglected. How to take them into account is known, however: The space of states of a quantum system is much bigger than that of its classical limit and reduces to the space of states of the classical system in the classical limit.
So for a qubit the space of states is the surface of the unit 2-sphere; in the classical limit it reduces to two antipodal points.
QM is a probability model. Classical is a causative model. For our own sanity, I suggest we should develop a causative model for the quantum realm.
