It is true that both Covid 19 and the seasonal flu virus are part of respiratory infections. Therefore, these viruses can spread rapidly through the air, requiring close and coordinated surveillance. But the comparison ends here, because they are not in the same family of viruses at all. Treatment with Covid 19 will therefore never have any effect on seasonal flu or HIV. Not even in dreams.
