I want to detect mKO2 stably expressing cells with the flow cytometer, but we only have the 488 nm and the 633 nm lasers, and not the 561 nm laser. According to the spectrum, the fluorophore is a little bit excited with the 488 nm light... but I am not sure if it'll be enough. As I still haven't made the mKO2 cell line, I wanted to know if anyone had achived this before.

I also tried detecting mCherry with this laser (it is also slightly excited), but couldn't detect any singal.

Thanks!

Ariel
