Hello.

I have a question about the relationship between surfactants and solid raw materials.

For example, if we buy Caffeine (CAF), the caffeine is solid state. Therefore, we use the CAF solution by dissolving the CAF in the water.

Here, for increasing the solubility of CAF, I want to use the surfactant (CAF solubility (25 ℃): 20 g/L).

However, when I dissolve the CAF more than 20 g/L with a surfactant, the CAF is left in the solution as a solid-state..

Therefore, I want to ask questions as follows.

1. Can surfactant be used for only liquid material with water?

2. Can't solid raw material with low solubility be used?

3. Is there any surfactant that can be used for the case mentioned above?

Waintg for your reply. Thank you so much.
