I have attempted to determine MIC with the 96 well microplate and read the plate with the microplate to obtain the values those look like the following. I now want to determine the MIC from these values.
0.094; 0.07; 0.091; 0.058; 0.06; 0.056; 0.055; 0.056; 0.348; 0.034; 0.448; 0.617

You can read my thesis. It's in Spanish but I hope you can translate it (or read the abstract, it's in English). We made a calibration curve but it didn't work well so we didn't use a plate reader. The normal thing to do is a visual inspection of the plate so you have to use your eyes to notice if there's some precipitation or turbidity.
If you notice your first 8 values (and the 10 one) are almost a traslucid solution so I guess your bacteria didn't grow up in these concentrations of your antimicrobial compound. The last 2 and the 9 values indicate absorbance (a high one) so I guess your bacteria did grow up in those concentrations.

I find out two way to calculate MIC for 96 well plate, one to subtract the 24hours result from the start time result and if it give you almost zero, OR the OD at 24 hours it almost same to the negative control. I tried the two and its always give me same results.
